This person will perform various duties in admitting patients into the Mukwonago Ambulatory Care Center, answering incoming phone calls and directing patients to their destinations. Requires a high school diploma, clerical background with keyboarding, healthcare experience is preferred & reception experience. Excellent customer service and good interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
