· Current RN licensure in Wisconsin.
. 1 year of nursing experience required, ICU experience strongly preferred.
· Displays a positive attitude about themselves, work and staff.
· Possesses excellent communication skills.
· Meets all necessary competencies within 6 months of hire.
· Possesses basic computer skills.
· Sets own educational goals and completes 16 hours of annual continuing education.
