Duties: The Triage Registered Nurse coordinates all agency activities during business hours.
Requirements: Registered Nurse – Associates Degree is required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred. State of Wisconsin – Registered Nurse licensure. 2 years of Home Health or Home Hospice experience is required. 2 years Home Health experience required. Additional experience in Home Hospice experience is preferred.
