Duties: Under the supervision of the RN / Case Manager, performs the primary function of an LPN/LVN in the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center. Position is responsible for meeting the established WHC Standards of Nursing Practice in the managment of all assigned patients. LPN/LVN assists physicians / Case Manager with the implementation of wound treatment plans. Participates in performance improvement review actvities. Acts within the guidelines of federal and state laws, JCAHO Standards and professional and ethical practice.
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), graduate from an approved School of Nursing is required. Minimum of 2 years med-surg experience is required. Wound Care experience preferred.
