DUTIES:
Portrays a professional and welcoming environment to all customers at all times.
Answers/responds to incoming calls, and follow through, to provide an efficient communication network.
Responsible for communicating necessary wayfinding information to all customers.
Transports patients in wheelchairs throughout the building as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Communicates effectively in English, both written and verbal.
· Good written and oral communication skills.
· Knowledge of all hospital locations helpful.
· Demonstrates ability and willingness to listen to and provide information and ideas necessary to effectively function within the department and hospital.
Hours:Week 1: Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm - 7pm; Week 2: Monday Wednesday and Friday from 4pm - 7pm. Potential 4 - 7pm shifts on weekends; holiday rotation
