DUTIES:
This position will be primarily responsible for data abstraction, data analysis and performance improvement around the Society for Thoracic Surgery. The individual will also be responsible for supporting clinical decision making through established teams and the analysis of clinical benchmarking data (in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, goals and budget of the organization).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field required, nursing preferred.
Knowledge of data collection, submission and analysis strongly preferred.
Familiarity with current trends in healthcare.
Previous background in cardiac surgery preferred.
