ProHealth Care is looking to add a Network Technician to our team. The ideal candidate must be equally comfortable working on their own as well as part of a team. They will need to provide outstanding customer service and be able to provide it with each and every customer interaction as the Network Technician is the primary IS face to our customers.
Their duties include providing our end-users with support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all new and existing desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, Blackberries, pagers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance. This person will also troubleshoot problems (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
